Earrings Designed With Vintage Black Glass Buttons and Wire Weaving
Very pretty small black glass vintage buttons with a lovely incised design are wire woven into sweet earrings.
The incised design features a glinting finish known as Golden Luster, a finish that is permanently fired on and has stood the test of time!
The hanging length is one and three sixteenths inches long.
The width at the widest point is one half inch.
The handmade ear wires are fashioned with gold filled 20 gauge wire that has been hardened in a tumbler. The little loops holding the earrings are soldered closed.
These lovely black glass buttons date anywhere from the 1930’s through 1950’s and were exquisitely made.
Elegant, and “with a past”, these are sure to please!
Thank you for your kind interest,
Judy
